The deposit required is 45% of the rental, the outstanding amount is due at least 6 weeks before you arrive at the villa.
Security deposit is also necessary but i payable on the date of entry, this is refundable at the end of the rental period on the basis of no damages or breakages made to the property.
Security deposit is €250EUR.
